At a time when I felt stuck on a never ending rollercoaster of daily to dos, coaching gave me the space to enable me to pause and explore. The questions my coach challenged me with were powerful; they were questions I did not think of. I explored what my values were, what was important to me, and drilled down to my goals. Goal setting is something many people have heard of, but what stood out to me is the power of creating meaningful goals.
My coach was not someone I knew persoanlly, such as a close friend or relative. I found it more natural to discuss my thoughts on certain areas of my life with a coach. When we support those close to us we often judge the situations they are in and will offer advice. This is not the approach coaching follows.

One to one coaching sessions start with an intake session to determine your focus area(s), followed by a minimum of six sessions on a fortnightly basis. Sessions can be over the phone, via Zoom or face to face.
